Air purification is a complex subject. The correct process, the capturing, the piping etc. must be observed and optimally combined. This should result in low operating and investment costs.

AFS has been convincing for over 25 years with experience and competence in extraction and air purification systems. We look at your hall on site and work with you to develop the best solution. For example, the exhaust air from several machine tools can be collected and cleaned in a central air cleaning device. The cleaned air can then be routed outside or as circulating air back into the hall, or guided to an air supply system with a heat exchanger. When the hall temperatures are cool, the heat in the exhaust air can then be used to preheat the supply air.

In order to reduce energy costs, extraction and air purification systems should always be considered together with ventilation concepts.
